A blend of Bretted Saison aged for 4 years in Red Wine barriques and Little Pomona’s Kingston Black Cider, further fermented on carbonicly macerated whole Scottish Blackberries in steel. Dark berry fruit tones sit perfectly on top of light apple tannins, bright acidity, dry maltiness and a distinct oak influence. Wassail!
