One barley wine, split between seven barrels to age and evolve. This expression has developed in a 5 year Madeira cask, bringing notes of rich burnt caramel, cacao, raisins and fragrant green coffee beans. The profile will continue to change as it matures but it’s a delicious beer to enjoy now.
